Because the student reserves my time, the student is charged for lessons as long as the students name is on the schedule, whether or not a lesson is given. So, in other words, cancelled and “no-show” lessons are still paid for.
Make-up lessons are given at my convenience. If I cancel the lesson, a make-up lesson or credit is available.
